How refunds and cancellations are handled at Sarya

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Sarya's products and services, all sales, in-app purchases, and auto-renewing subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used or unused subscription periods, nor for accidental purchases.

App Store & Google Play Purchases:

  • Apple App Store: Sarya cannot manage or refund purchases made on iOS devices. All Apple App Store transactions are strictly governed by Apple's own refund policies. If you believe you have a valid claim with Apple, you must request a refund directly through Apple Support.
  • Google Play Store: Similarly, purchases made on Android devices are handled by Google. You may request a refund directly from Google Play if it falls within their acceptable refund timeframe.
  • Subscription Cancellations: Canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments. You will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
